2010 NCRP meeting March 8-9, 2010
The 2010 National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP) annual meeting will be March 8-9, 2010 at the Hyatt Hotel Convention Center in Bethesda, Maryland. This year's meeting will focus on “Communication of Radiation Benefits and Risks in Decision Making”. To register online go to: http://registration.ncrponline.org. The meeting will also feature the Seventh Annual Warren K. Sinclair Keynote Address by Dr. Vincent Covello on Effective Risk Communication Before, During and After a Radiological Emergency: Challenges, Guidelines, Strategies and Tools. The 34th Annual Lauriston S. Taylor Lecture will be presented by Dr. Charles Land on Radiation Protection in an Uncertain World.
