On-Line Personnel Registration

Exhibitor Personnel Registration will be done via the Internet for the AAPM Annual Meeting. Information regarding the online Exhibitor Personnel Registration process will be included in the Online Exhibitor Service Kit.

The Exhibitor Personnel Registration system will open June 4.

Exhibitors are allotted Complimentary Personnel Registrations based on booth size. Exhibitors may purchase additional Full Registrations or Technical Exhibits Only Registrations as necessary.

Completion of exhibitor personnel registration and full payment for any additional exhibitor registrations must be completed via the Internet by a date to be determined and published in the Online Service Kit. Any changes after that date must be done on site.

IMPORTANT: In order to make personnel registration changes on site, a badge MUST BE EXCHANGED for the new badge generated or FULL PAYMENT will be required.

Complimentary Personnel Registrations No Charge For each 10 feet x 10 feet booth purchased, your company will receive TWO complimentary personnel registrations. Each Complimentary Personnel Registration includes admission to the Technical Exhibits, Scientific Sessions & Symposia, AAPM Awards Ceremony and Reception, AAPM Night In and Continuing Education Credits (each person must complete on-line survey and meet CAMPEP eligibility requirements).
Additional Full Registrations $446 each Includes admission to the Technical Exhibits, Scientific Sessions & Symposia, AAPM Awards Ceremony and Reception, AAPM Night In and Continuing Education Credits (each person must complete on-line survey and meet CAMPEP eligibility requirements).
Technical Exhibits Only Registration $253.00 each Includes admission to the Technical Exhibits ONLY; no admission to Scientific Sessions.


Social Functions - Purchase of Additional Social Function Tickets

Moody Gardens is a 142-acre recreational and educational facility in Galveston. A massive 40,000 sq-foot Rainforest Pyramid recreates the jungles of Asia, Africa and the Americas. More than 1,700 species of tropical plants, fish and exotic birds are featured. The Butterfly Hatching Hut allows visitors to watch butterflies emerge from chrysalises and flutter into the Pyramid for the first time. Admission to the 3D IMAX Theater is included, as well as admission to the newly opened Aquarium Pyramid. The aquarium houses thousands of sea creatures from North Atlantic seals to native species from the Caribbean Sea and South Pacific coral reefs. Lunch is on your own.

Look for Neiman-Marcus, Macy's, Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany's, Lord & Taylor, and Nordstrom's, plus fun boutiques and restaurants.

AAPM 5K Run/Walk

50 Years of AAPM -- Over 25 Years of Gammex-sponsored fun runs! This year the course will start from the Southeast corner of Memorial Park, run along Allen Parkway and across Waugh bridge, allowing runners to see downtown Houston's skyline.

Deadline to register is June 27. There is no on-site registration for this event.

Registered participants must come by the AAPM meeting registration area in the convention center on Monday, July 28, between 10:00am and 2:00pm, to sign a waiver and pick up a race number and t-shirt.

Complimentary Guest Badges

Each exhibiting company will receive EIGHT guest badge coupons. Exhibitors may distribute these coupons to preferred clients and associates they wish to have visit them in their booth during show hours. Upon arrival, the invited guest will need to go to the Exhibitor Registration counter in order to exchange the guest badge coupon for a guest badge. The guest badge is required for entrance into the exhibit hall. The guest badge is valid for one day of participation. If the same guest is invited to attend each day, the guest must bring a coupon to Exhibitor Registration for each day of participation.

Information regarding the request for additional guest badge coupons will be included in the Online Exhibitor Service Kit.

Please Note: Guest Badges are not to be used by Exhibitor personnel. Gross violation of this rule may be subject to the payment of a registration fee of up to $300 per violation.
