REGISTRATION TYPE Qualification
Student Registration

In order to qualify for this registration type, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:

  • the name of the institution and its address
  • phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
  • area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.)
  • start date and intended completion date

Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, May 1, 2009. Please send your cancellation in writing to Hadijah Kagolo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after May 1, 2009.
