Pre-registration will close on June 9, 2010 at 11:59 PM or when we reach 325 participants - whichever comes first.

The meeting will take place in the Hyatt Regency Miami. In order to make reservations at the meeting rate ($126 + tax), please click here. Reservations received after June 2, 2010 are not guaranteed the $126 rate.

In order to qualify for the Early Discount Registration category, your check payment MUST be received prior to MAY 12, 2010.  If we do not receive your full payment by MAY 12, your registration category will be changed to reflect the LATE Registration category and additional payment will be necessary.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Please send your cancellation in writing to Kathleen Dwyer or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 9, 2010.
