Exhibitor Information

Welcome!

Vendors with products and services focused on quality assurance (QA) program compliance (e.g., TG-142, physics program audit services) and on clinical quality program support (e.g., policies and procedures (P&P) development, Meaningful Use documentation requirements) are invited to participate at the Radiation Oncology Program Accreditation Meeting. This meeting will attract medical physicists, radiation oncologists, and clinic managers, radiation therapists and medical dosimetrists.

A limited number of literature tables will be placed in the corridor of the Texas Health Resources University Building. Personnel will be required to staff the table during the morning and afternoon refreshment breaks. Exhibitor staff are invited to join meeting attendees during the lunch breaks as well as participate in the meeting sessions. Program Overview here.
