Application for Membership

Corresponding Membership Applicants are required to fill out the Corresponding Membership Application Form, provide two letters of reference from Full or Emeritus Members and pay an application fee
(you will be invoiced by e-mail).

The letters of reference should include the membership category you are requesting, validation that you are currently working in the Medical Physics field, and validation of education/experience indicated on your Membership Application. Additional information may be included if desired. See Request for Reference Letter for details.

If you are living in one of these countries and need financial assistance, we have a program designed to assist you with your application fee and dues. On the application, make sure to check the "I need financial assistance" checkbox and we will assist you in applying for the Partners in Physics program.

If you are not applying for financial assistance, you are required to pay an application fee which will be sent an invoice via e-mail.

The reference letters may be sent by mail, e-mail or fax with sponsor signatures.
