Career
After receiving my Ph.D., I moved to Canada and worked first at the Division of Physics, National Research Council and later on at the University of Alberta and Cross Cancer Institute in Edmonton. In 1986 I moved back to Ottawa as a physicist in the Medical Physics Department, Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre. I hold academic appointments as associate professor in the Department of Radiology, Ottawa University and as adjunct research professor in the Department of Physics, Carleton University. In 1998 I was elected Founding President of the Cancer Care Ontario Medical Physicists Association.
My research interests include electron beams, dosimetry, treatment planning, in-vivo dosimetry, brachytherapy.
