Executive Committee Members are reimbursed for travel related expenses to all EXCOM meetings. EXCOM members who travel on AAPM business will be reimbursed for all incurred expenses. Newly elected members who have not yet been installed into office may attend EXCOM meetings and be reimbursed.
Liaisons for AAPM to other organizations will be reimbursed for budgeted related expenses. AAPM does not pay for attendance at the following Annual meetings, AAPM, RSNA, ASTRO, ACMP, HPS, or other meetings that the Liaison would normally attend because of professional interest in the organization having the meeting.
Council, Committee, subcommittee and task group members will be reimbursed for budgeted related expenses.
