ChargeTo develop and make available via the AAPM software resource for research purposes on the topic of 2D image quality metrology. The software will include executable and open source code for evaluation of modulation transfer function, MTF (based on-line, edge-, and point-spread images), noise-power spectrum, NPS (to be consistent with the recommendations of the AAPM Task Group on Measurement of NPS), and 2D noise-equivalent quanta, NEQ.
