ChargeThe objectives of this Working Group are to: 1.) to define the problems and potential methodologies for dynamic and volumetric noise characterization; 2.) identify the commonalities of noise characterization in (x,y,t) and (x,y,z) spatio-temporal domains and define potential methodologies for unified (x,y,z,t) noise analysis; and 3.) in as timely a manner as possible, form one or more Task Groups charged with standardization of such noise analysis techniques.
