  • Residents now qualify for Student registration fees. See details under Student Registration.
  • Single LCD projection will be the ONLY presentation method available for oral presentations.

 General Registration Information

DISCOUNTED: PRIOR TO JUNE 18 – 11:59 PM EASTERN TIME

  • Take advantage of discounted registration fees by registering by June 18th.
  • Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by July 23, 2003. No refund will be given for cancellations received after July 23. Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Shantelle Corado at shantelle@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-0862 (Attn: Shantelle).
  • If you have registered at the discounted rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than June 18, 2003. If we do not receive your payment for the discounted registration fees by June 18, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-discounted registration fee.

 On-Site Registration Hours and Location

Registration will be held outside of Exhibit Hall G on the ground level of the San Diego Convention Center. Registration will be open from Saturday, August 9 - Wednesday, August 13, from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and on Thursday, August 14, from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

 Students and Residents

In order to qualify for student registration fees, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Be a current Student Member of the AAPM
  2. Be a full-time student
  3. Be a resident from a CAMPEP accredited Medical Physics Residency program
  4. Be a resident from an ACGME accredited Medical Resident program

NOTE: If you are not an AAPM Student Member, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes: the name of the program, the name of the institution and its address, phone, fax and e-mail of the program director, the type of degree that you expect to receive, your start date and expected end date of study. Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete. Please fax the letter to (301) 209-0862 attention Shantelle Corado.
