AAPM 46th Annual Meeting
Convention Center - David L. Lawrence Convention Center

The 46th American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Annual Meeting and Technical Exhibitions will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, 1000 Fort Duquesne Boulevard (10th & Ft. Duquesne), Pittsburgh, PA. For a preview of the convention center visit the Pittsburgh Convention & Visitors Bureau web site at http://www.pittsburghcc.com/. This site also contains information on Pittsburgh and points of interest.

The exhibits will be utilizing the Exhibit Halls A and B on the Second Floor of the Center. The exhibit hall will have a combination of 10 feet x 10 feet and island booths. Poster sessions will be held in Exhibit Hall C. The Scientific Sessions will be conducted in meeting rooms on the Third Floor. A layout of the convention center levels can be found at their web site.

Please Note:

The Exhibit Hall is column free.  AAPM does not have a booth height restriction.  However, there are numerous arches set every 30 feet in the Exhibit Hall and these arches range in height beginning at 20 feet and peaking at 40 feet.  The arches are identified on the 2004 Floorplan in 'blue' lines that run top to bottom on the floorplan.  Show management will be cognizant of the locations of arches when assigning booth spaces.

There will be THREE ENTRANCES into the exhibit hall. The entrances are indicated on the floorplan so please note when selecting your requested booth spaces.
