MOC/SAMs
SELF ASSESSMENT MODULES
  • Completion of two Self Assessment Modules (SAMs) per year is a requirement for the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) process as defined by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). AAPM program organizers have identified sessions in Diagnostic, Nuclear Medicine and Therapy Physics to be offered with audience response technology at the annual meeting in 2007.

Social Events Fees

Please note! Before you purchase any of the social event tickets below, please make sure that it is not included with your registration type and fee. Tickets may also be purchased on site at the Registration counter at the Minneapolis Convention Center located in the lobby outside Halls B.

Junior Member Weekly This registration type is reserved for Junior Members of the AAPM only.
Non-member Resident Weekly

In order to qualify for this registration type, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:

  • the name of the institution and its address
  • phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
  • area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.)
  • start date and intended completion date

Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete.

Student Weekly / Student Daily

If you are not an AAPM Student Member, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:

  • the name of the institution & its address
  • phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
  • type of degree that you expect to receive
  • your start date and expected end date of study

Registration will be held in the Minneapolis Convention Center in the lobby outside Halls B. This is on street level (considered Level One).

On-site Registration Days and Hours:
(Saturday, July 22 - Wednesday, July 25) 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(Thursday, July 26) 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
