The Online Evaluation System will remain open until April 15.
After midnight, April 15 the evaluation system will close and you will not have the opportunity to
acquire MPCEC credit for the 2014 Radiation Oncology Program Accreditation Meeting.
INSTRUCTIONS
- To obtain MPCEC continuing education credit, attendees must complete an ON-LINE evaluation survey for each session attended.
- Your Badge ID is required to evaluate sessions for MPCEC credit.
- Enter your last name and badge I.D.
- Evaluation Process: Complete Step 1 before proceeding to Step 2.
- Step 1: Program Evaluation
- Step 2: Meeting Evaluation
- Once you have completed the evaluation, you will no longer have access to edit your evaluation
- All credits will be released on April 22, 2014.
