Our Headquarters hotel is located on the west end of the Copley Place
Mall, and adjacent to the bridge to the Prudential mall and the Hynes Convention
Center.

SHERATON BOSTON HOTEL AND TOWERS
The Sheraton is attached to the Hynes Convention Center
in the Prudential Center. It features fine dining and
many shopping opportunities. The hotel has a full
business center and a health club with the largest
indoor pool in New England.

BACK BAY HILTON
Located across the street to the west of the Sheraton, the Back Bay Hilton is a
small hotel providing close access to the Sheraton and the Hynes Convention Center.
A quick walk across the street to the Sheraton, then up to the second floor provides
access to the Hynes and the meetings.

COPLEY SQUARE HOTEL
One of the oldest of the Boston Hotels, the Copley is often refered to as the 'Grande
Dame' of Boston. It is located across Dartmouth Street, one block east of the Copley
Place Mall. Access to the convention center is by crossing Dartmouth Street, entering
the Westin Hotel, up to the second floor, then across the bridge to the Copley Place Mall.
Walk through the Mall past the Marriott, then across the bridge to the Prudential Mall and
the Hynes Convention Center, located slightly west of the center of the Prudential Mall.

WESTIN HOTEL - COPLEY PLACE
This elegant hotel is located on the east end of the Copley Place Mall. Access to the
Convention Center is by crossing the bridge on the Second Level to the Mall, then walking west
through the Mall to the Prudential Mall bridge, passsing the Marriott on your way. Walk
through the Prudential Mall to the Convention Center.

HOLIDAY INN AT GOVERNMENT CENTER
This hotel is located downtown near the Massachusetts General Hospital. To reach the
convention center, take the MBTA RedLine Subway [located two blocks to the west on Cambridge St.]
one stop intown to Park Street, then change to the GreenLine [take either a B, C, or D westbound]
and take it to Auditorium, roughly 5 stops. Follow signs to the Convention Center exit if open, or
exit the main entrance, turn left and cross the bridge, then left again for one block to the Convention
Center.

SWISSOTEL BOSTON
This hotel is located between Boston's Downtown Shopping District [Filenes, Jordan Marsh] and
Chinatown. To reach the Convention Center from the hotel, walk west one block to Washington St., then
right or left two blocks to the MBTA OrangeLine Subway entrance. Take the subway outbound [west]
to the BackBay station. From the station, follow the signs to the Copley Place Mall, then through
the Mall, across the Prudential Mall bridge to the Convention Center.
