Application Information

Exhibitor Application

Complete the Exhibitor Application and return to AAPM no later than August 5th. Space and rooms will be assigned on first come first serve basis. Space is limited.

Vendor Opportunities: Vendors can choose between the following options to participate. Please note, Friday vendor tables will be at the Marriott and Saturday presentations will take place at the Henry Ford Hospital.

  1. Friday, September 18 - Vendor Table at the Marriott - $650
    Includes:
    • 1 Table with access to power outlet
  2. Saturday, September 19 - Vendor Presentation or Demo at Henry Ford Hospital - $850
    Includes:
    • Power for presentation/demo
    • Vendors will have an assigned room to use all day, Noon – 5:00pm. This is intended to be an educational and hands on interaction, not a sales presentation.
    • Specific Presentation/Demo times will be scheduled throughout the day. View Schedule »
  3. Combination - $950
    • Friday, September 18 - Vendor Table at the Marriott
    • Saturday,September 19 - Vendor Presentation or Demo at Henry For Hospital

Registration for 1 person is included in the Vendor Fees. Additional Exhibitor Personnel registrations can be purchased for $300.

Exhibit Management Policy

Exhibit Management reserves the right to rearrange the tables/displays at any time when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the meeting. Exhibit Management reserves the right to relocate exhibitors should it become necessary for causes beyond the control of AAPM, or advisable in the best judgment of AAPM to transfer assignments.

Refund for Cancellations/Space Reduction

Should the Exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the exhibit space contracted for, they will promptly notify Exhibit Management. All sums paid by the Exhibitor, less a service charge of 10% of the contract price, will be refunded.

No refund for cancellation will be made after August 5th.

Exhibit Management has the right to reassign a different Exhibitor to the previously assigned table/display.
