On-Line Personnel Registration - Available June 13 thru June 27

Exhibitor Personnel Registration will be done via the Internet for the AAPM Annual Meeting. Information regarding the online Exhibitor Personnel Registration process will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit, to be mailed April 17.

The Exhibitor Personnel Registration system will open June 13 and close on June 27. Exhibitor Personnel badges will be mailed to the Exhibitor Contact the week of July 5.

Exhibitors are allotted Complimentary Personnel Registrations based on booth size. Exhibitors may purchase additional Full Registrations or Technical Exhibits Only Registrations as necessary.

Completion of exhibitor personnel registration and full payment for any additional exhibitor registrations must be completed via the Internet by a date to be determined and published in the Service Kit. Any changes after that date must be done on site.

Complimentary Personnel Registrations No Charge For each 10 feet x 10 feet booth purchased, your company will receive TWO complimentary personnel registrations. Each Complimentary Personnel Registration includes admission to the Technical Exhibits, Scientific Sessions & Symposia, AAPM Awards Ceremony and Reception, AAPM Night Out and Continuing Education Credits (each person must complete on-line survey and meet CAMPEP eligibility requirements).
Additional Full Registrations $405 each Includes admission to the Technical Exhibits, Scientific Sessions & Symposia, AAPM Awards Ceremony and Reception, AAPM Night Out and Continuing Education Credits (each person must complete on-line survey and meet CAMPEP eligibility requirements).
Technical Exhibits Only Registration $225.00 each Includes admission to the Technical Exhibits ONLY; no admission to Scientific Sessions.

Social Functions - Purchase of Additional Social Function Tickets

Exhibitors may purchase an unlimited number of social function tickets either pre-show via the Internet or on-site. Information regarding the online process will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit, to be mailed April 17.

The American Association of Physicists in Medicine will honor AAPM award winners during a ceremony followed by a wine and cheese reception on Monday, July 31. The ceremony will take place in the Valencia Ballroom on Level IV of the Convention Center. Please remember your tickets.

Universal CityWalk

The Universal CityWalk Block Party will include entertainment and food at five different venues during our own private block party. Pat O'Brien's will have dueling piano players; Bob Marley's will have a live Reggae band; CityJazz will feature jazz music; The Groove will play your favorite dance music; and the Latin Quarter will be our 'quiet' venue where you can chat with colleagues. Buffet tables will be set along the Promenade as well as in the clubs. Any guest who wishes to extend the party past 9:00pm may purchase a Party Pass for $7.95, which provides entry to all CityWalk venues until 2:00am.

Please note: Each adult Night Out ticket will include 1 drink ticket, good for imported/domestic beer or a glass of wine. Once your ticket is used, cash will be accepted. Nonalcoholic drinks will not require a ticket from 6:00pm-9:00pm.

Bus transportation will be included from all four convention hotels. Please remember to bring your tickets as you board the bus.


Sign up for tours through Convention Planning Services, Inc. (CPS). Some tours are limited, so please do not delay. Purchases must be made by Sunday, July 23. Tickets may be available for purchase on site, but there are no guarantees! Note that CPS has also negotiated discounts on local parks passes and attractions, including Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Your credit card will be charged upon placing your order on-line; tickets will be mailed 2 weeks prior to the meeting.

All tours will start and finish at the Orange County Convention Center at the times indicated. Please allow yourself some extra time before stated departure times.

Tour Cancellation Policy: Tours which do not meet minimum capacity may be canceled within 2 weeks of the event. If a tour is canceled, registrants will be notified and refunded in full.

AAPM/Gammex 5K Run/Walk

AAPM/Gammex 5K Run/Walk

The AAPM/Gammex 5K Run/Walk will circle the grounds near the convention center. The route will start near Hall C entrance of the convention center, across from The Peabody Orlando, and circle the convention center twice.

5K Run RoutePlease include your t-shirt size when you register. There is no registration fee for the run. Deadline to register is July 6. There is no on-site registration for this event.

Registered participants must come by the AAPM meeting registration area in the convention center on Monday, July 31, between 10:00am and 2:00pm, to sign a waiver, and pick up a race number and t-shirt.

Complimentary Guest Badges

Each exhibiting company will receive EIGHT guest badge coupons in the Exhibitor Service Kit to be mailed April 17. Exhibitors may distribute these coupons to preferred clients and associates they wish to have visit them in their booth during show hours. Upon arrival, the invited guest will need to go to the Exhibitor Registration counter in order to exchange the guest badge coupon for a guest badge. The guest badge is required for entrance into the exhibit hall.

Information regarding the request for additional guest badge coupons will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Please Note: Guest Badges are not to be used by Exhibitor personnel. Gross violation of this rule may be subject to the payment of a registration fee of up to $300 per violation.
