Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 15, 2012. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 15.
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

AAPM staff are available to assist you during the following hours at the registration desk just outside the Price Center Theater.
- Monday, June 25: 7:15am-4:30pm
- Tuesday, June 26: 7:15am-4:30pm
- Wednesday, June 27: 7:15am-3:15pm
- Thursday, June 28: 7:15am-4:30pm
- Friday, June 29: 7:15am-Noon
