Vendors with an interest in medical physics or related equipment, products, and services are invited to participate at the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting Technical Exhibits.
The Technical Exhibit will be an integral part of the Spring Clinical Meeting program. Its purpose is to further the scientific, technical, and educational advancement of the theory and practice of medical physics and the related arts and sciences.

New this year!
- The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to meet and talk with the meeting attendees. This year the reception will take place in the Gateway Ballroom and Terrace, on the 18th floor of the hotel, with a breathtaking view of the Arch. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend and mingle with attendees.

- AAPM encourages exhibitors to take advantage of the opportunity to host events during the Spring Clinical Meeting. Please take note, the Monday lunch break is a great opportunity for such an event! Please note the Exhibit Hall will be closed at 12:00pm each day for the lunch hour. At that time exhibitors and attendees will be asked to exit the Exhibit Hall and the doors will be locked. The Hall will reopen at 1:00pm. Lunch will be provided Saturday and Sunday. Exhibitors are encouraged to dine with the attendees during the lunch breaks as this is a great opportunity to network with attendees! |

The Spring Clinical Meeting is designed to help Medical Physicists integrate emerging technologies into the clinical environment, keep abreast of regulatory and accreditation related issues, and provide a forum for the exchange of ideas in support of practice quality improvement.

The meeting attire is business casual for the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting.

The Companion's registration fee includes access to all morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch services. Tickets to the Saturday evening Welcome Reception are sold separately. Please note, there will not be a Companions' Welcome Lounge at this year's meeting.
