Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 3, 2016. Please send your cancellation in writing to Jaime Hoza or fax to 571-298-1301 No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 3.

Check Payments

If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janet. Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive payment on or before May 4, otherwise your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.
