Credit Card Payments
Credit cards payments are processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. The system accepts American Express, Mastercard, VISA.
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

Please reference the registrant's name and 'TG100 Workshop' on the memo line of the check
Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janet. Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive payment on or before February 8, otherwise your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.
Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by March 2. Please send your cancellation in writing to Jaime Hoza. No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 2.
