We regret there is no waiting list for this meeting. The CT Dose Summit will be digitally recorded and added to the AAPM Virtual Library. Presentations in the Virtual Library are free to AAPM members. We are exploring the possibility of making the digital presentation available to non-members for a fee; please check back for more information.

The Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel is sold out. One suggestion: The Courtyard Atlanta Airport North/Virginia Avenue which is 1 mile from the Renaissance.

The Summit will take place in the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel. In order to make reservations at the meeting rate ($129 + tax), please click here. Your room rate includes complimentary in-room internet. Reservations received after April 7, 2010 are not guaranteed the $129 rate.

In order to qualify for the Early Discount Registration category, your check payment MUST be received prior to MARCH 24, 2010.  If we do not receive your full payment by MARCH 24, your registration category will be changed to reflect the LATE Registration category and additional payment will be necessary.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, April 19, 2010. Please send your cancellation in writing to Kathleen Dwyer or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after April 19, 2010.
