If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:


If you will need an invoice prepared to pay for your registration, please send your request to janet@aapm.org Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive the payment on or before December 30. Otherwise you registration will be automatically changed to reflect the late registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Thursday, January 29, 2015. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo. No refund will be given for cancellations received after January 29.
