Registration Opens December 7

Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, February 22, 2012. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after February 22, 2012.

Check Payments

If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than February 8 (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees by February 8, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.

Registration will be held in the Dallas Ballroom Foyer, outside the exhibit floor in the Westin Galleria Hotel.

Saturday, March 17: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sunday, March 18: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Monday, March 19: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday, March 20: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
