Orchid Event Solutions, LLC, formerly The Housing Connection, is the ONLY AAPM-designated housing provider for our Meeting. If you are approached by any company other than Orchid Event Solutions, LLC regarding hotel rooms in Indianapolis, please be aware that they have no relationship with AAPM. You put yourself at financial risk if you provide them your credit card information. To report housing fraud, please contact Karen.
AAPM registration, sessions and activities will take place in the Indiana Convention Center.
Distances are approximate. All rates are per room and are subject
to 17% tax subject to change.
Nightly rates are shown in U.S. dollars.
AAPM goup rates include internet access in guest room throughout the program dates with one exception;
Omni guests must enroll in the Omni loyalty program in order to receive complimentary wi-fi.

Orchid Event Solutions, LLC will send you an acknowledgment. Please review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 3 to 5 days or have questions regarding your reservation, please contact Orchid Event Solutions by phone at 888-505-4486 (international number calls 801-505-4603) or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel. Please wait until after July 26, 2013 to contact hotels directly to confirm.
In order to take advantage of the special AAPM meeting rates, be sure to book your reservation by Thursday, July 9, 2013. After that date, AAPM room blocks will be released for general sale and rates may be significantly higher.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Reservations may be changed or cancelled via the web site or through Orchid Event Solutions until July 25, 2013. Cancellations received on or after the cutoff date, July 9, 2012 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival will forfeit one night's room & tax. (Credit cards will only be charged if canceled within the penalty period). Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel. A charge of one night's room & tax will be applied if you do not cancel and you do not arrive (no-show).
