On-Campus Housing Reservations
Campus housing is offered as a 5-night package when you register for the meeting. The deadline to reserve campus housing is May 17.
Check-in: No earlier than 2:00pm on Friday, June 9
Check-out: No later than 11:00am on Wednesday, June 14
Due to other groups meeting on campus, we are not able to allow early arrivals. We are able extend a limited number of rooms to depart on June 15. If you have a stay shorter than the 5-night package, or need to check out on June 15, contact Jaime for assistance.
Regardless of whether you stay off-campus or on campus, your registration fee includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Templeton Campus Center.
Lewis & Clark is a non-smoking campus. Every room will have bed linens, towels and a bar of soap. The rooms are not air-conditioned.
Please note that there are limited numbers of apartment-style rooms in our block. Housing is assigned on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your preference, book early.
Apartments (Roberts, East) Sold Out
Single room, 1 twin bed
Two single rooms share a bathroom or four bedrooms share 2 bathrooms, depending on the configuration. Small kitchen and common area. Apartments are same-sex. There are no double rooms in the apartments. Families or couples who wish to share an apartment should contact Jaime for special arrangements.
Residential Hall (Holmes)
Single room, 1 twin bed; communal same-sex bathrooms down the hall.
Same-sex double rooms have 2 twin beds, communal same-sex bathrooms down the hall.
The public areas of each Residence Hall and Apartment are cleaned on a regular basis by Skyline housekeeping staff. Housekeeping staff will not enter your bedroom while you are a campus guest, except in the case of emergency.
Box Fan Rental
If you are concerned that an open window will not keep you cool enough, box fans are available through Lewis & Clark as an optional ticket item. Failure to return box fans at the end of the meeting will result in a $25 charge.

Parking on the undergraduate campus is free in designated parking lots.
Failure to return your key card will result in a $150/key charge. Unreturned access cards will result in a $15/card charge.
Free wi-fi is available to all Summer School attendees.
Free laundry facilities are located on the lower level of each Residence Hall and Apartment.
Guests may use the El Pomar Sports Center on campus at no extra charge. Hours depend on scheduled summer programs; a schedule will be posted at the entrance. There is an indoor pool, which is open Monday through Friday, Noon - 1:15pm. The outdoor pool pool hours are based on weather conditions.
