General Registration Information
- Registration will open on December 7, 2016.
- EARLY Registration Deadline: February 8, 2017 (11:59 PM ET)
- If you need assistance with registration, please contact Rachel Smiroldo.
- Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, February 22, 2017.
- Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 571-298-1230.
- No refund will be given for cancellations received after February 22, 2017.
- If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM.
- Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

- If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than February 8 (11:59 PM EST).
- If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees by February 8, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janet. Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive payment on or before February 8 otherwise your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.

Registration will be located at the permanent registration counters, near the session rooms and exhibit area in the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel.

- Monday, March 20: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Tuesday, March 21: 7:30 am - 12:30pm
