Charge
In the instances where an invited speaker for an AAPM meeting is unable to give their presentation during the meeting and the presentation is delivered by a substitute speaker, this Task Group will
  • For meetings going forward (i.e. in 2023 and later), create a policy to determine whether the presentation delivered/recorded during the meeting or a separate recording of the invited speaker delivering the presentation will be uploaded into the Virtual Library.
  • For the 2022 meeting (which has already occurred), create a policy to determine which presentation will be uploaded into the Virtual Library.
