Angela R. Keyser, Executive Director

Michael Woodward, Deputy Executive Director
Michael leads the AAPM Information Services Department, Membership, and Publications. Feel free to contact him with questions or comments regarding any of AAPM's Electronic Membership Services.
Mariana Gallo, Director, Meetings and Programs
Mariana oversees the Meetings Department and the staff involved in providing many of the membership services, including the Online Learning Center and the Awards and Honors program.
Robert McKoy, Director, Finance
Robert serves as the Association's chief financial officer and, as such, oversees all financial operations including preparation of the annual budget. Contact him for matters relating to financial reporting and budgets.
Payton Brown, Meetings and Programs Coordinator
Payton assists with logistics for meetings held at HQ and processes involved in planning Association meetings and conferences.
Julia Colque, Staff Accountant
Julia is responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance with the accounting functions for the Association, including monthly closing of the books of record, account reconciliation, bank and investment reconciliations and journal entry adjustments. Contact Julia with questions related to finance such as dues payments and expense reimbursements.
Viv Dennis, Administrative Assistant
Viv provides administrative support to the volunteer leaders in support of the activities of the association. She also assists with the Medical Physics journal and coordinates copyright requests.
Shana Donchatz, Programs Manager
Shana manages Science Council activities and committee processes. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Science Council.
Corbi Foster, Meetings & Programs Manager
Corbi is responsible for the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting and related association meetings.
Zailu Gao, Senior Applications Developer
Zailu is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing database programs.
Jennifer Hudson, Membership Services Manager
Jennifer coordinates the membership application process and handles membership matters. She is also the contact for Corporate Affiliate questions.
Jordan Kehrt, Meetings and Programs Manager
Jordan is responsible for the AAPM Annual Meeting, Summer School and related association meetings.
Farhana Khan, Associate Director, Information Services
Farhana is responsible for the AAPM website and any emails that you may receive from AAPM HQ. Feel free to contact her with any questions you may have regarding our website.
Tammy Larkin, Senior Applications Developer
Tammy is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing web-based applications.
Melissa Liverpool, Senior Manager of Accounting
Melissa manages the accounting function for the Association, including monthly closing of the books of record, account reconciliation and journal entry adjustments. Contact Melissa with questions related to finance, such as dues payments or expense reimbursements.
Karen MacFarland, Meetings and Programs Manager
Karen manages the Review Courses and programs under Grants & Fellowships. She also assists with specialty meetings.
Laurie Madden, Programs Manager
Laurie assists with processes involved in planning the Association meetings, primarily program development and abstract submission processes.
Richard Martin, Government Relations Program Manager
Richard assists AAPM in their interactions with the federal and state agencies and legislatures on issues related to the profession and practice of medical physics.
Jill Moton, Programs Manager
Jill serves as the project manager for the activities of the volunteers and vendors participating in IHE-RO consistent with both the charges of the WG IHE-RO and the goals and objectives of AAPM. Contact Jill with any questions you may have about IHE-RO. Jill is also the main point of contact for questions regarding the Accredited Dosimetry Calibration Laboratory Program.
Jacqueline Ogburn, Senior Education Manager
Jackie is the main point of contact for questions regarding the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP). Jackie also provides support for the Online Continuing Education and Virtual Library e-learning programs. Jackie also serves as the liaison to the Education Council.
Abby Pardes, Graphic and Web Designer
Abby provides web design and support for the AAPM and other related websites.
Janelle Priestly, Accounting Assistant
Janelle is responsible for processing and posting all of AAPM's daily cash receipts, including dues renewals. She also prepares checks and handles the creation and distribution of vendor invoices.
Lisa Schober, Executive Office Manager
Lisa provides support to the Executive Director, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Committees. She serves as the liaison to AAPM chapters and manages International Council activities and committee processes. Lisa also maintains the AAPM Policy Manual, handles elections, and manages the headquarters office at various AAPM association meetings.
Justin M. Stewart, Programs Manager
Justin supports communications and outreach programs, projects, and initiatives including the Corporate Affiliates program, Development/Education & Research Fund, and Medical Physics 3.0. Justin also manages Administrative Council activities and committee processes..
Rohan Tapiyawala, Applications Developer
Rohan is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing database programs.
Elle Thomas, Managing Editor - Medical Physics
Elle manages activities related to the publication of the Medical Physics Journal.
Emily Townley, Programs Manager
Emily manages AAPM's activities relating to the Medical Imaging and Data Resource Center (MIDRC), and is the staff contact for any questions related to scientific Grand Challenges.
Nancy Vazquez, Registration and Programs Manager
Nancy manages the AAPM Awards and Honors Program and registration for association meetings. She also coordinates newsletter activities, including receipt of articles and document production.
Nicholai Wingreen, Programs Manager
Nicholai manages Professional Council activities and committee processes. He also serves as the staff liaison to the Professional Council.
Yan-Hong Xing, Database Administrator
Yan-Hong handles all technical matters related to the Associations' databases. Contact her to order an AAPM mailing list.
Rachel York, Exhibits Manager
Rachel manages the exhibit processes for AAPM meetings. She also represents AAPM by staffing Association exhibit booth at physics-related meetings.
Ashley Zhu, Front End Developer
Ashley is responsible for generating and maintaining the interface for AAPM and other related websites.

The closest metro station to the headquarters office is King Street (yellow or blue line) which is 2 stops from Reagan National (DCA). The fare is approx. $2.00 one-way, depending time of day, transit time is approximately 10 minutes. View the Metro System Map.

Street Parking:
3-hour parking on Prince Street.
There are kiosks on the street which take credit cards or cash. The rate is $1.75/hour from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Garage Parking:
Entrances on both Diagonal Road and Reinekers Lane, right across King St. from the Metro station. Follow attendees' instructions on where to park. Rates are:
