AAPM is located in Alexandria, Virginia. We are here to be of service to the AAPM membership. The Headquarters Office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. Contact David on any subject related to AAPM or to your professional needs.

Lauren DePutter, Director, Government Affairs and External Relations
Lauren assists AAPM in their interactions with the federal and state agencies and legislatures on issues related to the profession and practice of medical physics.

Mariana Gallo, Director, Meetings and Exhibits
Mariana leads the Meetings and Exhibits team, driving strategy, sales, planning, and execution across all internal and external AAPM events — from large-scale meetings to webinars.

Liz Kohlway, Director, Digital Experience & Engagement
Liz leads the Digital Experience and Engagement team, overseeing AAPM's digital infrastructure and member-facing platforms including the AAPM website, community and learning platforms, communications systems, and association management technology.

Robert McKoy, Associate Executive Director, Finance
Robert serves as the Association's chief financial officer and, as such, oversees all financial operations including preparation of the annual budget. Contact him for matters relating to financial reporting and budgets.

Lisa Schober, Director, Governance and Executive Office Manager
Lisa oversees governance, executive office operations, and human resources for AAPM, providing strategic support to the Executive Director and senior leadership. She serves as a key liaison for AAPM's chapters and ensures the effective administration of the organization's governance processes.

Justin M. Stewart, Director, Programs
Justin leads the Programs Team in essential volunteer-facing initiatives across the Association and is the staff liaison to the Administrative Council. Justin also serves as primary support for the Corporate Affiliate program and its related groups; the AAPM online Career Center vendor relationship; and fundraising for the Education & Research Fund in collaboration with the Development Committee.
The seven individuals above comprise the AAPM HQ Leadership Team, directly managing the AAPM HQ team and coordinating collaboration among them:

Payton Brown, Registration and Housing Specialist
Payton oversees registration and housing for the Association's meetings. She also manages planning for smaller meetings, liaises with student committees, and supports student event programming.

Julia Colque, Staff Accountant
Julia is responsible for supporting the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance with the accounting functions for the Association, including monthly closing of the books of record, account reconciliation, bank and investment reconciliations and journal entry adjustments. Contact Julia with questions related to finance such as dues payments and expense reimbursements.

Angela Dombroski, Web Administrator
Angela is responsible for maintaining the AAPM website as well as related sites.

Shana Donchatz, Programs Manager
Shana manages Science Council activities and committee processes. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Science Council.

Sarah Driver, Exhibit and Sponsorship Manager
Sarah manages AAPM's exhibit and sponsorship sales and service for the AAPM meetings portfolio. In addition, she represents AAPM at peer-society and physics-related trade shows.

Glen Hawkins, Communications Manager
Glen facilitates internal and external communications for the organization, directly supporting the Communication Coordination Committee and its efforts. He also oversees AAPM social media channels and serves as the primary media contact for the organization.

Jennifer Hudson, Membership Services Manager
Jennifer coordinates the membership application process and handles membership matters. She is also the contact for Corporate Affiliate questions.

Joshua Jackson, Meetings Coordinator
Joshua manages AAPM in-house meetings, webinars, and customer service. He assists the staff with all AAPM Association meetings and conference tasks.

Rebecca Kania, Manager, Governance and Executive Office
Rebecca provides support to the Executive Director and the Director of Governance and Executive Office. She manages organization-wide initiatives to advance AAPM's strategic priorities through research, analysis, testing, and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Patricia Lavey, Office Services Assistant
Patricia serves as the first line of contact for customer service, providing broad support to members, councils, and committees across AAPM's departments and programs. She collaborates with volunteers, editorial teams, and staff on communications, member services, and Zoom scheduling.

Laurie Madden, Meetings Content Manager
Laurie assists with processes involved in planning the Association meetings, primarily program development and abstract submission processes.

Linda Minor, Meetings Manager
Linda manages logistics for AAPM's major meetings and educational programs, including the Annual Meeting, Spring Clinical Meeting, Summer School, and related association events.

Jill Moton, Programs Manager
Jill serves as Project Manager for IHE-RO, the Therapy Physics Committee subgroups, the Accredited Dosimetry Calibration Laboratory Program, and the International Council, overseeing volunteer and vendor activities in alignment with each group's charge and AAPM's broader goals.

Jacqueline Ogburn, Senior Education Manager
Jackie supports the Online Continuing Education and Virtual Library e-learning programs and manages the CE and Evaluation System process for all AAPM meetings. She serves as the liaison to the Education Council and is the primary point of contact for questions regarding the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP).

Abby Pardes, Graphic and Web Designer
Abby is responsible for the creation and production of graphic design, layout, and digital assets across print, web, and social media platforms in support of AAPM's communications and brand identity.

Janelle Priestly, Senior Accounting Coordinator
Janelle is responsible for processing and posting all of AAPM's daily cash receipts, including dues renewals. She also prepares checks and handles the creation and distribution of vendor invoices.

Elle Skukowski, Senior Managing Editor
Elle manages activities related to the publication of AAPM's journals Medical Physics and the Journal of Applied Clinical Medical Physics.

Emily Townley, Programs Manager
Emily manages AAPM's activities relating to the Medical Imaging and Data Resource Center (MIDRC), and is the staff contact for any questions related to scientific Grand Challenges.

Nancy Vazquez, Programs Manager
Nancy manages the AAPM Awards and Honors and Grants and Fellowship programs, coordination of the bi-monthly AAPM Newsletter including receipt of articles and document production, and the organization's publication process.

Nicholai Wingreen, Programs Manager
Nicholai manages Professional Council activities and committee processes. He also serves as the staff liaison to the Professional Council.

Travel by Metro
The closest metro station to the headquarters office is King Street (yellow or blue line) which is 2 stops from Reagan National (DCA). The fare is approx. $2.00 one-way, depending time of day, transit time is approximately 10 minutes. View the Metro System Map.
Travel by Car
Street Parking:
3-hour parking on Prince Street.
There are kiosks on the street which take credit cards or cash. The rate is $1.75/hour from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
Garage Parking:
Entrances on both Diagonal Road and Reinekers Lane, right across King St. from the Metro station. Follow attendees’ instructions on where to park. Rates are:

Travel by Air
Most convenient airports are:
- Reagan National (DCA) - about 4 miles away by cab; or take metro.
- Washington Dulles International (IAD) - about 32 miles away by cab; potentially brutal traffic.
- Baltimore Washington International (BWI) - about 60 miles away by cab; potentially brutal traffic.
Travel by Train
If you are traveling by train, the closest stop is the Alexandria station on Amtrak. The station is a six minute walk (.3 mile) to 1631 Prince Street.
