The Secretary shall distribute the minutes of the Board of Directors Meetings as follows: The Secretary, through HQ, shall post a draft copy of the minutes on the AAPM website with access by current AAPM Members. If the Board of Directors took action on rules changes, the Secretary will notify the Chair of Rules Committee that board action on rules changes are documented in the draft minutes. The Rules Committee will be responsible for implementing any required change in the published Rules. A draft copy of the Board minutes will be placed on the agenda for approval by the Board of Directors at their next meeting. After Board approval of the minutes, they will be posted on the AAPM website for access by current AAPM Members. The Secretary shall distribute the minutes of the Executive Committee as follows: The Secretary, through HQ, shall post a draft copy of the minutes on the AAPM website with access by current Board Members. A draft copy of the Executive Committee minutes will be placed on the agenda for approval by EXCOM at their next meeting. After EXCOM approval of the minutes, they will be posted on the AAPM website with access by current Board Members. The Secretary shall distribute the minutes of the Annual Business Meeting as follows: The Secretary, through HQ, shall post a draft copy of the minutes on the AAPM website with access by current AAPM Members. The membership will be notified by e-mail that the draft minutes have been posted, with an appropriate link. After approval of the minutes at the next Annual Business meeting, the final minutes will be posted on the AAPM website with access by current AAPM Members. |
