1.     Review and summarize the current use of Gen AI terminology and related concepts in radiation oncology, radiology, medical physics, and health physics literature and professional guidelines.

2.     Identify and document representative examples of ambiguous, overlapping, or inconsistent Gen-AI terminology within these domains that may affect scientific communication, clinical documentation, education, or research reporting.

3.     Propose a harmonized set of recommended definitions and standardized nomenclature for Gen AI terms relevant to clinical practice, research and education in these domains.

4.     Review terminology used by relevant U.S. regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA and NIH) and other professional organizations (e.g., RSNA, ACR, and ASTRO) and ensure that the proposed terminology aligns where applicable, without duplicating or superseding their existing guidance.

5.     Develop a structured glossary within the TG report that includes recommended terms, definitions, context of use and illustrative examples to promote standardization in clinical documentation, education, and research reporting.

6.     Establish a web-based database, hosted by AAPM, to maintain and periodically update the glossary.
