Activities

1. Identify practice strategies that can increase the efficiency of delivering medical physics services.
2. Review current medical physics tasks to identify areas where efficiency can be gained through workflow improvements, automation, and delegation.
3. Review current guidelines from AAPM, ASTRO, ACR, COMP, etc. to identify areas that need to be updated or where gaps exist. Work with the Subcommittee on Practice Guidelines to do this.
4. Review MPPG 10.b, Scope of Practice to identify areas where the QMP can delegate tasks. Coordinate with MPA Recommendations Work Group.
5. Coordinate with the Medical Physics 3.0 committee to achieve these goals.
