ActivitiesEstablishing a global network of Regional Representatives in all areas of the world. The purpose of the network is to keep in touch with our colleagues and sister societies for awareness of their progress, determining their possible needs, establishing professional collaboration, assisting in dissemination of education materials, arranging teaching courses, donating equipment, creating task groups and other possible ways of collaboration. Members of the subcommittee are originally from other regions of the world and can use such contacts and language skills to target representatives from different regions of the world. Given the importance of establishing clear and consistent communication with medical physicists in multiple regions around the world, the RRSC was proposed to facilitate networking channels with North American and other regional representatives for the purpose of identifying global needs.
