Activities

The overall goal of this task group is to provide physicists with guidance on how to commission software used for performing dosimetry on radiopharmaceutical therapy patients.

  1. Provide overview of different types of dosimetry software.
  2. Outline the necessary tasks for commissioning dosimetry software for radiopharmaceutical therapies and provide guidance on how to perform the necessary tasks, with specificities according to software.
  3. Provide template datasets for physicists to use when commissioning radiopharmaceutical therapy dosimetry software.  This includes providing expected dosimetry values from a consensus group and recommended tolerances from those consensus values in order to determine the combined system and process performance
