Meetings at AAPM HQ will follow federal, state, and local COVID guidelines at a minimum. Vaccine verifications will not be required. Individuals may participate virtually in meetings at HQ if they do not feel comfortable or are unable to participate in person.

The rate secured by AAPM includes breakfast at the hotel. A freshly prepared breakfast is offered daily in the Great American Grill restaurant. Coffee, tea and light snacks will be available at AAPM HQ. A full Breakfast will not be served at AAPM HQ.

Travel from Reagan National Airport (DCA)
Take the WMATA (Metro) Blue line to King Street Station (2 stops). Depending on the time of day, transit time is approximately 10 minutes and the cost is ~$3.

Travel from Dulles International Airport (IAD)
Take the WMATA (Metro) Silver line (towards Largo) to Rosslyn Metro Station (15 stops). Transfer to the Blue line (towards Huntington) to King Street Station (7 stops). Transit time is approximately 1 hour and the cost is ~$7.

The closest Amtrak stops to AAPM HQ are Alexandria Station (ALX) and Washington, DC Union Station (WAS).

Travel by Car
Several major interstates and state highways service the area. Please be mindful of the time of day you choose to leave, as frequent congestion occurs. Limited metered parking is available along Prince Street (3-hour max); the rate is US$1.75/hour and can be paid via coin or credit card at a nearby parking kiosk. Garage parking is also available at 1700 Diagonal Road, Alexandria, VA [map]; daily max US$14.
