- Stated (Public) Policy:
Refunds will be given if written or electronic notification is received on or before the published refund deadline (approximately 3 weeks prior to the meeting). No refunds will be given after the published deadline.
- If a request is made after the refund deadline for extenuating circumstances, Headquarters may, with Executive Director approval, provide a refund less the actual direct costs assumed by the association.
