Activities

The primary charge of the Online Learning Services Subcommittee is to manage the offerings of the Virtual Library and provide continuing education (CE) opportunities to the AAPM members and others with appropriate access via the association website. The Subcommittee shall be responsible for coordinating the efforts that pertain to such learning opportunities, which may include:

  • Oversight of the Online Continuing Education Program, including the recommending of fee schedules and ensuring the robust availability of CE activities
  • Determination of which Virtual Library materials will be used for online CE opportunities
  • Coordination of the writing and reviewing of new CE materials, and quality management for existing CE materials
  • Ensuring that earned credits are consistent with the requirements of appropriate bodies (e.g., CAMPEP) based on the context of the CE activities.
