Activities
  1. Design and develop a QA phantom independent of MR-FUS system manufacturers.
  2. Develop a platform-independent QA protocol for MR-FUS thermal ablation, and possibly hyperthermia therapies.
  3. Test the QA phantom and protocol(s) at several sites using major commercially available and custom MR-FUS systems.
  4. Analyze the results for inter-laboratory (site) comparison.
  5. Prepare a comprehensive report to include phantom design, QA protocol, results analysis, and recommendations for best practices.
