Task Group No. 362 - Multi-lesion Stereotactic Radiosurgery (TG362)

ActivitiesIt is the goal of this task group to develop guidance and recommendations for the unique aspects of multi-lesion Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Hypofractionated Radiosurgery (fSRS) treatments. Specific charges will include:
  1. Provide a recommendation of methods to track previously treated lesions.
  2. Provide recommendations for SRS and fSRS target naming conventions that are in line with the tenets of TG 263.
  3. Provide recommendations for appropriate planning techniques for multi-lesion SRS and fSRS.
  4. Review appropriate grouping techniques of lesions into isocenters.
  5. Review fractionation and normal tissue dosimetry for multi-lesion SRS and fSRS.
  6. Provide prescriptive recommendations for image-guidance for patients treated with multi-lesion SRS and fSRS.
  7. Provide recommendations for unique aspects of initial physics plan review for multi-lesion SRS and fSRS plans.
  8. Describe unique quality assurance (QA) practices for multi-lesion SRS and fSRS.
