Establish and sustain an ongoing TPS QA program (tests, frequencies, tolerances, action levels, staffing, and equipment); 3. offer practical recommendations on reference data, beam-model parameters, motion/implant management, robust optimization and evaluation, LET/RBE considerations, independent dose checks, adaptation workflows, and documentation consistent with TG-100 risk-informed quality-management principles.
