Activities
  1. Solicit feedback from radiation oncology (RO) community on experience with TG-263 implementation, including roadblocks for implementation and suggested additions.
  2. Update the TG-263 worksheet to expand the list of names and include organs and risk and biological or treatment planning concepts not covered in the initial report.
  3. With members from AAPM, ASTRO, and ESTRO, establish French and Spanish nomenclature standards.
  4. Utilize information from liaisons from the WGPE, WG on Implementation of TG 100, and WG-RO-ILS to inform failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) and how standardized nomenclature can mitigate errors.
  5. Publish task group report that includes survey results, updated recommendations, guidance for implementation, and available resources.
