ActivitiesThis program is designed to help members understand the organization, observe current leaders, and discuss leadership strategies within the volunteer organization. Over the course of 6 months, participants will meet with a cohort to discuss how to lead within the AAPM. This pilot group will serve to finalize the curriculum and train as leaders for a cohort program the following year.
