Note that housing arrangements for the Ad Hoc Site Visit Team (Dieterich, Kim, Stern) will be made by Liz Bryan. (These three guests have separate reimbursement procedures.)
Note regarding incidentals at the Wyndham: Guests are required to place a credit card down for any incidentals made. Credit card will be authorized for $25.00 incidental fee per day. Once guests departs, the authorization will drop the remaining amount not consumed and amount should be seen onto account within 3—5 business days.
· For Example: $50.00 authorized at check-in, no incidentals used during stay, guests checks-out, $50.00 authorization will drop and will be seen onto account within 3—5 business days.
