Noon Bus transports participants to the Proton Facility
2:05pm (prompt departure required) Bus transports guests to the Boeing Everett Facility

The Boeing Tour involves walking down and up two steep flights of stairs at each end of the factory, walking through two large tunnels, and riding two freight elevators to balconies overlooking the Boeing factory floor.

Still photos and video cameras, electronic devices (mobile, cameras, pagers) and personal items (purses, backpacks) are not permitted on the Boeing Tour. Lockers are available on site, or you can leave items on the bus with the driver.

Closest Airport: Seattle - Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is 18 miles (~27 minutes) from the hotel.

Ground Transportation: Go to Shuttle Express to make your reservations in advance for a shared ride; $38 one way. Taxi service is ~$64 one way.

Please make your own air travel arrangements, and submit your receipts for reimbursement. The AAPM travel expense claims form can be found here.
